What dilution ratio do you recommend?

All PRO Groom products dilute at 30:1. They can also be used neat for particularly dense or dirty coats.

Unlike many professional grooming products that use high-concentration surfactants which dry out groomers' hands over a working day, our formulas use natural surfactants and plant-based ingredients that are as kind to the hands washing the dog as they are to the dog being washed.
