Delivery & Returns

You've placed an order?! We can't wait to get your goodies to you! As each product is carefully made, labelled and packed by hand if your order isn't marked as despatched straight away, don't panic! We're on it.

All orders are usually despatched the same working day up to 1pm but could be up to 48 hours if your order is placed over the weekend or Bank Holiday.



Orders are sent by Parcel Force, Royal Mail or Amazon you will receive an email or text message so you can track and select how you want your delivery to arrive. You can also track your delivery by login onto your account.

Retail Customers UK Mainland

Royal Mail Tracked 48 - Delivery Charge is £3.95

Royal Mail Tracked 24 - Delivery Charge is £5.15

Wholesale Customers

£7.95 per 30kg (UK Mainland Only)

Distributor Customers

£7.95 per 30kg up to 300kg (UK Mainland Only)

£90 per 300kg (UK Mainland Only)

Private label Customers

£9.95 per 25kg up to 300kg (UK Mainland Only)

£90 per 300kg (UK Mainland Only)

Outside of the UK Mainland 

Shipping will be calculated at checkout.

If no one is available at your address to take delivery, the carrier will leave you a note you should follow the instructions on the note to re-arrange delivery.

Please note we believe in the magic of Christmas so we make sure all our team get home for the Christmas holiday so all orders placed between 22nd December and 26th December will be shipped on the 27th December.

Applies to orders shipping to a UK Mainland address only.

Retail Customers - with a weight under 5kg & order value over £60

Wholesale Customers - with a weight under 30kg & Order value over £300

There is no free shipping option out of the UK Mainland or for Distributors & Private label customers.


We accept returns for any orders which are damaged in the post or do not live up to your expectations.

If you or your dog aren't completely happy with your delivery for any reason, please get in touch with us within 14 days of delivery by emailing

We're open 10am-3pm, Monday to Friday.

Orders that have been dispatched but are returned to us due to not being collected in the carrier's specified time or incorrect address details inputted at checkout will be refunded. Once the order is returned to us we will process a refund minus the original delivery cost plus £5.00 to cover the cost of return. We are a small business and delivery costs are extremely high so we are unable to cover these costs.

International Returns

Its is your responsibility to check your local laws on what can and can not be imported before you place your order. We are not responsible for any goods not clearing customs due to this. Any orders that are retuned due to the products not clearing customs will be refunded on the return to us however you will be charged for the original shipping and the return cost of shipping.
