Joining the Herbal Heroes pack is easy! Simply choose your preferred subscription plan—whether it’s ongoing, 6 months, or 12 months—and check out as usual. Your first box will be on its way in the next monthly delivery cycle.
For ongoing subscriptions, payments are taken automatically on the 1st of each month. If you choose a 6 or 12-month plan, you’ll make a one-off payment upfront for even bigger savings.
We don’t currently offer a pause or freeze option. However, you can cancel your ongoing subscription by logging into your My Account page—just make sure to cancel at least 48 hours before the payment is due on the 1st of the month to avoid being charged.

The buy-once boxes are limited in availability and will be sent out each month while stock lasts. You can order the buy-once box throughout the month, but you won’t be able to pre-order the upcoming month’s box until after the 1st. If you’d like to be in the first group of people to receive the boxes, we recommend signing up to one of our guaranteed subscriptions.
