All orders sent within the UK are trackable, so you’ll know when your goodies are about to arrive. As soon as your Box is dispatched, we’ll send you an email with your tracking number which can be checked with Royal Mail. Tracking numbers can also be viewed in your order history.
It breaks down like this: 5th of the month – the last day to subscribe to that month’s box if its not sold out. 6th of the month – payment taken for that month’s box, and on the 9th we get making your handmade favourites. All boxes will be processed through our warehouse from the last calendar day of every month. It can take 7 working days after the last day of the month for your order to be dispatched to the courier. This is when your tracking will start to update. Please note, if you have ordered any other products with your Box all products will be sent together when your Box is dispatched.
Our Box is a monthly subscription service which renews automatically (unless you tell us otherwise!), so we won’t be able to add additional items.
No. If our subscription list is full then the one time purchase will not be available. This is why we highly recommend subscribing to guarantee your box every month.
You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time and will not be charged a cancellation fee. However, please note that if you sign up to either the 6 or 12 month subscription purchase, these will not be refunded once purchased and you will not be compensated for exiting the subscription early.
You won’t know what’s in your box until you open it, but we wouldn’t be surprised if some sneak peeks find their way out… You’ll also be able to see the contents of previous boxes on #HerbalDogCo, and speculation is highly encouraged
Your products will vary every month. You will receive a mixture of brand new products and a selection of our best sellers.
The box is a fixed price, but shipping costs will vary based on where in the world you are! Each box will weigh up to 2kg. You can view our current international shipping rates HERE
The 6 month subscription is a 1 off payment of £150 in which you receive 6 consecutive Budget Boxes with the last month free saving you a total of £30. The first box you will receive will be the month that you have signed up in. For example if you purchased the 6 month subscription on 10th January your first box will be the January Budget Box that will be sent out 7 working days after the last day of the month.
You will automatically be charged shipping fees every month when your box has been dispatched from our warehouse.
The 12 month subscription is a 1 off payment of £300 in which you receive 12 consecutive Budget Boxes with the first and last month free saving you a total of £60. Your first box will be the month that you have signed up in. For example if you purchased the 12 month subscription on 10th January your first box will be the January Budget Box that will be sent out 7 working days after the last day of the month.
You will automatically be charged shipping fees every month when your box has been dispatched from our warehouse.
You may be charged customs fees, subject to location. Unfortunately we cannot cover the cost of customs and we cannot guarantee that you won’t incur customs charges. For more info regarding customs fees please contact your local customs office.
