Can I add other items to my subscription, to combine shipping?
Our Sub Box is a monthly subscription service which renews automatically (unless you tell us otherwise!), so we won’t be able to add additional items.
The box is a fixed price, but shipping costs will vary based on where in the world you are! Each box will weigh up to 2kg.
When will I know what is in my subscription box?
You won’t know what’s in your box until you open it, but we wouldn’t be surprised if some sneak peeks find their way out… You’ll also be able to see the contents of previous boxes on #HerbalDogCo, and speculation is highly encouraged.
What are the key dates for the subscription boxes?
It breaks down like this: 5th of the month – the last day to subscribe to that month’s box. 6th of the month – payment taken for that month’s box, and on the 9th we get making your handmade favourites. Last day of the month: we start dispatching your Box!
